Abstract nominated for “Best of” AcademyHealth Annual Research Meeting

An abstract sharing early findings from the Behavioral Health and ACOs project was nominated for the prestigious “Best of” award at the AcademyHealth Annual Research Meeting in June 2025.

ACO BH abstract awarded best Health Econometrics abstract at ASHEcon

Kimberley Geissler, PhD, MPI of the Pediatric Behavioral Healthcare and ACOs study, was awarded Best Abstract in the Health Econometrics program area at the for the abstract "Impact of Medicaid Financing and Delivery System Reforms on Pediatric Behavioral Healthcare Utilization and Disparities: Evidence from Massachusetts."

Q4A Lab Founder Dr. Sarah Goff selected Fulbright US Scholar for 2024-25

Dr. Sarah Goff, Professor and Chair of Health Promotion and Policy, has been selected as a Fulbright U.S. Scholar for 2024-2025 for New Zealand where she will continue her research on quality and equity in health care systems.

Quality Improvement Module on Fluoride Varnish Application Now Available

The Quality for All Lab developed a free and publicly available Quality Improvement (QI) module for medical providers related fluoride varnish application for children. The module is now available through the Smiles for Life website.

Goff Leads Study Examining Impact of Medicaid ACOs on Mental Health Care for Children in Massachusetts

Associate Professor and Chair of Health Promotion and Policy Sarah Goff has been awarded a five-year, $2.2 million grant from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to examine the impact of Medicaid accountable care organizations (ACOs) on the quality and outcomes of behavioral/mental health care for children in Massachusetts.
